Luminousluminous was founded in Minneapolis with a straightforward mission: help working professionals organize their days without burning out. We saw too many talented people stuck in reactive mode — jumping between emails, meetings, and deadlines with no real structure.
Our coaching programs are designed for the American workplace. We account for long commutes, hybrid schedules, back-to-back Zoom calls, and the pressure to always be "on." Our approach is practical, not theoretical.
