Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid productivity coaching programs offered by Luminousluminous, a business located at 631 University Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413, USA. Specific terms may also be outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Right to Cancel Before Start

Under US consumer protection standards, you may cancel your enrollment under the following terms:

• 7+ days before start date: Full refund of all fees paid
• Within 7 days of start date: 50% refund of fees paid
• After program start: Pro-rata refund for unused coaching sessions only

3. Minnesota-Specific Rights

Minnesota residents may have additional rights under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 325G and other applicable state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a Minnesota consumer.

4. How to Cancel

Submit a written cancellation request to service@luminousluminous.world or call +1 (612) 379-2386. Include your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your program start date once at no charge if requested at least 5 business days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur a $50 administrative fee.

7. Missed Sessions

Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Sessions cancelled by Luminousluminous will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

8. Digital Materials

Downloadable templates and resource library access included in your program are non-refundable once accessed. This does not affect refund eligibility for unused live coaching sessions.

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund was calculated incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the refund date. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
